Every booking is held with a refundable deposit, paid through Paystack.

How much

The deposit is shown on the booking page before you pay. It's a portion of the service price (typically 30–50%) plus the cost of any add-ons you've selected.

Refundable when

You can cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund of the deposit. Use the cancel link in your confirmation email or reach Sinachi on WhatsApp.

Forfeit when

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment
• No-shows
• More than 25 minutes late, where the appointment can't reasonably be served

The deposit is counted against the total at the chair — you only pay the balance on the day.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the same card or bank account that paid the deposit, processed via Paystack within 3–5 working days. Reach out if you don't see it within a week.
